Winchelsea Islands
The Winchelsea Islands are part of nineteen islands that make up the pristine Ballenas-Winchelsea Archipelago, located on the east coast of Vancouver Island, running north from the Lantzville area and Nanoose Harbour to Rathtrevor Beach near Parksville.
Copley Ridge and knarsten creek
Copley Ridge and Knarston Creek Loop is a 5 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Lantzville, British Columbia, Canada that features a great forest setting and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until October.
Recreational Shellfish area
The Nanoose Bay Recreational Shellfish Reserve is located on the south side of Nanoose Bay parallel to Highway 19. It is located approximately 27 kilometers north of downtown Nanaimo.
